Two Year Warranty:
At CaddieBike, we provide the original owner with a 2 Year Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty provides the original purchaser of a CaddieBike electric bike with a warranty solely against manufacturer's defects. The warranty claim is directed towards the original purchase and is covered by the manufacturer.
Any of the following CaddieBike electric bike components that arrive damaged must be reported within 7 days of receiving: brakes, controller, forks, frame, handlebars, headset, kickstand, LCD display, lights, pedals, rims, saddle, seat post, shifter, stem, throttle and wheel hubs.
Not Covered by Warranty:
Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty for components, including but not limited to the following: brake pads, chain, grips, spokes, tires and tubes.
CaddieBike's lithium ion batteries are warranted for 2 years from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from improper maintenance, power surges, water damage or any wrong charging usage.
Terms of Warranty:
This warranty strictly applies only to the original owner of a CaddieBike electric bike. This warranty does not cover any damages or defects from failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual, accident, misuse, abuse, alterations, improper assemble, wear and tear, water damage or improper maintenance. CaddieBike will not be liable for any damage or failure caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Manufacturing defects, including shipping damages must be reported to CaddieBike within the first 7 days after receiving product.
How to make a claim?
Fill out the following form to initiate a warranty claim. Keep in mind, CaddieBike will need to see photo and video evidence of the damaged parts. We will not replace any parts without seeing photo or video content of the claimed damages.
