We stand behind the quality of our bikes and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase!
That’s why we offer the chance to try any of our bikes risk free for up to 30 days or 30 miles. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to return your bike within 30 days of its delivery date. You will be responsible for paying $175 shipping back to our warehouse.
How does the trial work?
If the bike you purchased does not meet or exceed your expectations, contact our customer service team to see if you are eligible for a return. We will only authorize the return if: you are within 30 days of delivery, the bike has less than 30 miles on the odometer, is still in new condition (free from any damage, dirt, dust and scratches), and is packaged in its original box with all components included.
Will I get a full refund?
If the bike is returned in new condition with no issues, you will receive a 100% refund, less the $175 shipping fee. If the bike has any damage or other issues, we will deduct the repair costs from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued after the bike is received and inspected by our customer service team. The inspection process will typically take up to a week after the bike is received at our warehouse. After the inspection is completed and approved, refunds will be processed in 1-2 business days.
What if I don't have the box and packaging?
We recommend that you keep the box and all packaging materials for the first 30 days. If you don’t have your original packaging, please contact us.
How many bikes can I try?
Each customer is only eligible for 2 risk free trials each calendar year.
What if I purchased my bike from a dealer?
Only customers who purchase their CADDIEBIKE electric bike directly from www.caddiebike.com are eligible for the risk free trial.
