We stand behind the quality of our eBikes and want to ensure you're happy with your purchase! That's why we offer the chance to try it risk free for up to 30 days. If you put your CaddieBike to the test and don't love it, simply contact us within 30 days of its delivery date to set up a one-time return.
30 Day Guarantee Eligibility:
- Only for customers who purchased their CaddieBike directly from www.caddiebike.com.
- Customers can only utilize the 30 Day Guarantee once per calendar year.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving CaddieBike.
- Customer is responsible for $200 return shipping fee.
- Eligible Returns: CaddieBike must have less than 30 miles on the odometer, be free from any damage, dirt, dust or scratches and be in the same packaging and condition that it was received.
*Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and must keep the box with all packaging materials and included items free of damage.
